Job Responsibilities
1. Perform warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished products.
2. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for material movement, stacking, and loading/unloading (valid forklift certification required).
3. Conduct daily/periodic physical inventory counts and update in our system.
4. Coordinate with overseas teams in China and Singapore on raw material requirements, inventory planning, and daily operational issues.
5. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to support daily workflow.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse operating procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements
1. 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment (or relevant experience in a logistics warehouse environment).
2. Forklift certification and proficiency are an advantage but not mandatory.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting (lifting, moving, standing for extended periods).
4. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a production setting.
5. Chinese language proficiency required – this role involves daily coordination with teams in China and Singapore. Fluency in spoken Chinese is essential for effective communication on inventory, materials, and daily operations.
