Warehouse Production Associate Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local agricultural grain company who is seeking multiple Warehouse Production Associates to join them for harvest season. The Warehouse Production Associate will perform a variety of jobs which include, but are not limited to, operating production runs, stocking product, performing quality checks, verifying product is dated and labeled correctly, cleaning, and organizing the warehouse. The ideal Warehouse Production Associate has previous experience in an agricultural or gain manufacturing facility, understands safety, general warehouse housekeeping, as well as the ability to lift up to 50lbs and communicate clearly. The Warehouse Production Associate is a full time, temp to hire in Woodland & Richvale, CA.
Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Production Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Hoppers, Machines, Elevators, & Magnets Are Cleaned & Maintained
- Verify Product Counts Match Packaging & Weight Bags of Rice Before Running The Line
- Ensure The Date Coder is Correct & Properly Working Prior to a Production Run
- Scan The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Board For Line 5 Downtime Log Correctly Per Shift
- Verify Product For Correct Date & Codes & Fix All Product Errors For That Production Run
- Ensure Bags Are Inserted Correctly Into The Heat Sealer or Sewing Machine so You Keep Your Fingers
- Hand Stack Bags on Proper Pallet Configuration as Directed
- Request Materials as Needed
- Ensure Work Area is Clean & Swept During Each Shift
- Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines

Qualifications
Warehouse Production Associate Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 1+ Years of Agricultural or Harvest Season Production Experience Preferred
- Previous Packaging, Drying, Milling, Shipping, Quality Control, or Extrusion Experience Preferred
- Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Complete All Assignments as Instructed
- Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs
- Must be Able to Follow Written & Verbal Instructions
