Warehouse Production Associate – Kitting & Packing

• Compensation: First Shift is $15 per hour; Second Shift is $16 per hour
• Scheduling: Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening.

Core Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment.
• Move materials to keep production and warehouse operations flowing.
• Perform basic quality checks; follow written work instructions.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace.
• Work as a team to hit daily safety, quality, and production targets.

Must-Haves

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed first-shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to learn and consistently follow safety and quality procedures.
• Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is a plus—but not required.
• No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.
