Warehouse Production Manager

The Warehouse Production Manager will oversee a large team in an order selecting warehouse environment. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, training team members, and reporting directly to the DC Manager. The position requires weekend availability and the ability to work until completion to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of a production team in the warehouse.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow.
• Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and submit reports to the DC Manager on team performance and production metrics.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Manage scheduling to accommodate weekend shifts and overtime requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse production supervision or management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and time management abilities
• Familiarity with order selecting processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
