Now hiring: Warehouse Production Planner | Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: West Memphis, AR

Pay Rate: $23.78 per hour

Second Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM | Monday-Friday

You know the drill - production ramps up, the team grows, and they need a Warehouse Production Planner who can handle it all. We're hiring for a trusted local company, and they're counting on someone like you to keep the floor running smoothly.

Warehouse Production Planner Skills, Requirements, and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, production planning, dispatching, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Warehouse Production Planner Job Duties:

  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse workflow using Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Release and prioritize pick lists based on customer orders and shipment schedules.
  • Analyze forecasts, operational data, and performance metrics to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with Inbound, Picking, Packing, and Outbound teams to maintain efficient material flow.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, track process issues, and prepare operational reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct daily reviews with supervisors to improve workflow and meet operational goals.
  • Provide production planning and operational support across warehouse departments.
