\n Starting salary of $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.\n

\n Requirements:\n

\n Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment\n
\n
\n
\n A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change\n
\n
\n
\n Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.\n
\n
\n
\n Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.\n
\n
\n
\n Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n
\n
\n Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365\n

\n Must be able to provide training and give direction \n

\n Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include:\n
