Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or work instructions.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, production documents, or basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to inspect completed assemblies and identify quality concerns.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Experience working with hand tools, production equipment, or mechanical assemblies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, adaptability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Production Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, products, or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Production Worker you will assemble products, verify components, inspect completed work, package finished items, and prepare products for storage or shipment. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized workstations, use hand tools and assembly equipment as needed, identify quality concerns, and support safe, efficient warehouse and production operations.
