Support initial team recruitment and provide system, process, and safety training.
Lead trial operations, resolve launch-stage issues, and hand over the stabilized warehouse to the local operations team.
Control project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational risks.
Qualifications

At least five years of experience in warehousing, cross-border logistics, fulfillment, or supply-chain operations.
At least three years of project-management or team-leadership experience.

Experience with oversized or bulky-product warehouses is preferred.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and vendor-management skills.
