Warehouse - Pull From Stock

Our partner is a well-established supplier of aluminum products serving the commercial transportation industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Elkhart, IN.

This is a hands-on warehouse position ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and teamwork. The role includes pick-and-pack, shipping, and receiving tasks as part of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull inventory from stock locations based on pick lists or system-generated orders (PFD / Pick-and-Pack).
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition for accuracy.
• Stage and prepare orders for shipping or internal transfer (Shipper / Receiver duties).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and stock locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials to leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Ability to read pick tickets, labels, or RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
