Warehouse/Purchasing Clerk - Oregon

We are seeking highly qualified to join our team as a Warehous/Purchasing Clerk. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Prepare packages for domestic & international shippingReceive, move and deliver incoming materials; including hazardous materialsOperates computer & various programsAssists with inventory controlObtain vendor quotesCreate and complete machine ordersCreate purchase orders for company goods, parts & machines and forward approved PO's to vendorsFollow up on and/or expedite purchase ordersSet-up, entry and maintenance of parts in the purchasing/inventory control systemEnter part number and document control systemOperate fork lift & hand truckDelivery of packages between Coilcraft facilities and/or Vendors REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License requiredBlueprint reading a plusPrior shipping/receiving experience preferredAverage math skillsMust be PC literate; working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel and working knowledge of Info XA Power-link preferredAttention to detail a must.Must be able to lift incoming and outgoing shipments. Company Benefits:401(k) MatchingDisability InsuranceDental InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountHealth InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time-OffProfit SharingVision InsuranceEOEDisability/Veteran
