Step into a role where every move counts. Total Staffing is seeking an experienced material handler in Aurora, IL who can confidently operate both a Reach Truck and a Sit-Down Forklift to keep product moving safely and on time.

A day on the floor

On either the 2nd shift (2:30pm–10:30pm) or the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am), you'll navigate aisles and bays, execute precise picks and placements, and coordinate with the team to maintain steady workflow.

• Load and unload inbound/outbound freight
• Transport palletized goods throughout the facility
• Stack products in designated storage bays per inventory control directions
• Stage and stack empty pallets for reuse

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with Reach Truck and Sit-Down Forklift (exposure to Toyota equipment is a plus)
• Current forklift license/certification
• Commitment to safe, efficient operations and accuracy
