Job Title: Warehouse and Receiving AssociateDepartment: ReceivingLocation: EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation; Culpeper, VAEmployment Type: Regular Full-Time PositionIn this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our production lines running smoothly by: • Unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming materials from both suppliers and internal production • Maintaining accurate and organized receiving paperwork to ensure proper record-keeping • Reporting any damages or shortages to designated personnel • Preparing and organizing received materials for inventory purposes • Effectively storing received items in designated warehouse locations • Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to update inventory, create labels for new materials, and manage transfers • Using portable data collection devices (PPCs) and barcode scanners to track, receive, and move materials accurately • Assisting with picking and staging materials for production • Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access databases • Performing regular inventory cycle counts (weekly and monthly) to maintain accurate stock levels • Assisting with overall warehouse inventory control and record maintenance • Operating dollies, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment to move shipments throughout the warehouse • Keeping the receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards • Performing other duties as assigned To be successful in this role, you will need: • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds • A high school diploma or GED • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment • A strong team-player attitude • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with PPCs (portable data collectors) and barcode scanners for inventory and material tracking • Willingness to be trained on operating warehouse machinery (a plus) Why Work for EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation?
