Warehouse Receiving Associate

Fred Beans Parts Distribution Center in Doylestown, PA is hiring a Receiving Associate to support our buydowns receiving operation. This role is ideal for someone who has general automotive knowledge, is comfortable working independently, and can handle the physical demands of a busy distribution center. Prior receiving experience is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Do

Receive and inspect automotive parts to ensure they match descriptions on packaging

Identify damaged, altered, or incorrect parts and report discrepancies

Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory

Scan, stage, and stock parts accurately

Lift and move large items such as doors, body panels, and pallets as needed

Work independently while staying in communication with the team

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

General automotive or car parts knowledge preferred

Ability to recognize parts and verify accuracy against packaging

Comfortable working independently and staying on task

Reliable and consistent attendance

Ability to use a scan gun and basic warehouse tools

Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to lift and move heavy items, including large body panels and pallets
