    Receiving Warehouse Associate

As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Unload delivery trucks, including flatbeds in the yard and van loads at the dock.
    • Complete receiving processes in BisTrack (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork.
    • Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations.
    • Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems.
    • Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed.
    • Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead.
