Warehouse Receiving Associate Overnight

Are you looking for a hands-on role where attention to detail and reliability matter? Fred Beans Parts Distribution Center in Doylestown, PA is hiring a Receiving Associate to support our buydowns receiving operation.

This role is ideal for someone who has general automotive knowledge, is comfortable working independently, and can handle the physical demands of a busy distribution center. Prior receiving experience is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect automotive parts to ensure they match descriptions on packaging
• Identify damaged, altered, or incorrect parts and report discrepancies
• Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory
• Scan, stage, and stock parts accurately
• Lift and move large items such as doors, body panels, and pallets as needed
• Work independently while staying in communication with the team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• General automotive or car parts knowledge preferred
• Ability to recognize parts and verify accuracy against packaging
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to use a scan gun and basic warehouse tools
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, including large body panels and pallets
