Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse scanning systems.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, logistics, or freight handling experience preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience using barcode scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required; certification training is provided.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming cargo shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify freight dimensions, weights, and shipment information for accuracy.
• Label, scan, and track cargo using warehouse systems and scanners.
• Locate, organize, and stage freight for outbound departures.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Assist with the movement of freight throughout the warehouse.
• Support general warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Participate in forklift training and certification as required.
• Provide dependable support during busy periods, including Saturdays.
• Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
