Warehouse & Receiving Clerk

Before a truck ever leaves our dock, there is a piece of paper that says exactly what is on it, how much it weighs, and where it is headed. Before a truck ever arrives, someone has already scheduled it, planned for it, and made room for it. Drivers see a signature. Customers see a delivery. Almost nobody sees the person who made it all line up.

As our Warehouse & Receiving Clerk, you are the connection point between the warehouse floor, the drivers at the dock, and the customers waiting on the other end. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and process BOLs, schedule pickups and deliveries, and keep every shipment's paper trail complete from the moment it is booked to the moment it is signed for.

One hour you are confirming pallet counts before a truck gets loaded. The next, you are handing a driver the paperwork, answering a carrier's status question in Spanish, and updating the system so everyone knows where things stand. It is a role for someone who loves moving pieces and making them fit.

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare, review, and process BOLs and other shipping documents
• Verify quantities, weights, pallet counts, and delivery details before anything leaves the building
• Hand drivers and carriers the BOLs and documents they need, then collect and file signed BOLs and PODs
• Schedule and coordinate truck pickups and deliveries so the dock runs on time
• Keep drivers, carriers, customers, and the warehouse team updated on shipment status
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and keep our WMS, TMS, and other company systems up to date
• Help with inventory tracking, shipment reconciliation, and receiving and shipping documentation
• Spot discrepancies, delays, or issues early and bring them to management
• Keep logistics paperwork organized, follow all safety procedures and company policies, and support the warehouse wherever needed

• English and Spanish bilingual skills are required. You will use both every day
• Serious organization skills, because busy days mean juggling a dozen shipments
• A detail oriented mindset. One wrong pallet count or weight on a BOL can hold up an entire delivery
• Computer comfort and the ability to stay calm and accurate at a fast pace
• Clear, friendly communication with drivers at the dock and customers on the phone
• Logistics or warehouse experience is preferred, though organization and follow through matter just as much

• Experience with a WMS, TMS, or similar shipping system, plus familiarity with BOLs, PODs, and carrier scheduling

This is a full time, on site day shift role, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Most days follow the pickup and delivery schedule. A few bring a late truck, a changed appointment, or a shipment that needs untangling. That is where an organized clerk really shines.

This role pays $18.00 per hour, plus hands on logistics experience that travels well anywhere goods move.

You will split your time between a workstation and an active warehouse floor and loading dock, with forklifts moving and trucks coming and going. Expect to be up and moving to verify shipments and meet drivers.
