Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Pay Range: $18 – $20/hour DOE

Hours: M-F: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Location: Loveland, CO

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

How you’ll spend your time as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk:

• Receive, inspect, and record inbound shipments of raw materials.
• Unload trucks and verify packages against orders and invoices.
• Inspect contents for damage and report issues to management.
• Label deliveries and allocate them to designated storage locations.
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory control processes.
• Prepare pallets for outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Collaborate with procurement staff on deliveries and cycle counts. 
• Perform data entry into the ERP system.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience as a receiving clerk or similar role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and data entry systems.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Comfortable operating a forklift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
