SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator for a client in McCook, IL. The Warehouse Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse receiving operations.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $23.00-$23.75/hour + $1.00/hour pay differential for 2nd shift. As well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:
2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
Training on 1st Shift for 2 weeks (6AM-2:30PM)
Overtime Saturdays and Sundays as needed

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Receiving Coordinator:
• Coordinate and oversee all receiving activities including scheduling deliveries, verifying shipment accuracy, inspecting incoming materials, and documenting discrepancies
• Process receipts in the warehouse management system and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track inventory movements and complete cycle counts as needed
• Ensure products are properly received, stored, and accounted for according to company procedures
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to resolve receiving issues and support daily operations
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP requirements, and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Assist with training employees and support additional warehouse functions as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment when required
• Able to lift up to 50lbs periodically

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Receiving Coordinator:
• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory control, logistics, or a related field
• Ability to use warehouse management systems, RF scanners, Microsoft Office applications, and inventory tracking software
• Ability to accurately review shipping documentation, enter data, and maintain detailed records
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Forklift experience and certification (2+ years of sit-down forklift experience)
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to demonstrate good leadership skills
