We’re seeking a Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Control Lead to take charge of inbound operations and ensure every carton is accounted for, properly labeled, and captured in our systems. If you thrive on precision and team leadership, this is your lane.
Impact You Will Make
Lead daily receiving activities—set goals, assign tasks, and remove roadblocks.
Receive, inspect, and validate shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Guarantee accurate counts, labeling, and timely WMS entries.
Stage inbound inventory for storage or cross-dock distribution.
Track inventory levels and maintain clean, accurate records.
Resolve discrepancies, including damages and shortages, with root-cause follow-up.
Train and coach receiving associates on SOPs, productivity, and quality.
Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety best practices; keep the dock spotless.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment if certified.
Partner with warehouse, inventory, and shipping to keep throughput high.
What You’ll Bring
Background as a Receiving Lead or similar warehouse leadership role.
Expertise in receiving processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Comfort with RF scanners and WMS tools.
Forklift experience; certification preferred.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet (standing, bending, walking) for long periods.
Strong communication skills, leadership presence, and problem-solving mindset.
High attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
