Job Summary
Responsible for inventory control functions including returns, inventory release, order accuracy, and the coordinating of shipments. Pulls product from inventory to fill customer orders while maintaining established productivity and accuracy standards. Assists with various warehouse operations as needed to perform the essential functions below.
Essential Job Functions *
Process inventory release functions for all orders after manifesting through the Log Pro systemRecord inbound shipments including truckloads, LTL's, containers, and inbound UPS for record keeping purposesProcess all returns including packages, check-in, re-work, and physical returns of items to the appropriate shelving locationPerform Quality Control Audits and provide communication as neededMaintain inventory control reports, completes cycle counts, and provides random audits of incoming trucks dailyCoordinate shipping for accounts, as directed, calls carriers, and assists with the loading of trucksResponsible for all will call orders and assists with the facility's annual physical inventory countPulls the correct product from inventory and packs it into appropriate boxesApplies labels to boxes and prepares manifestsTransfers completed orders to the appropriate location and reviews completed orders to verify accuracyMonitors inventory levels and documents replenishment requirements, stocks shelves with product as neededMaintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company productsUses knowledge and experience to resolve complex operating problems; reports other problems to supervisorSorts packages and uses a hand scanner to determine shipment statusChecks boxes to ensure they are sealed, properly labeled and free from any damage; makes sure all quality standards are metTransfers LTL and UPS packages to the appropriate staging locationsAssist in the other departments as assignedMaintains a clean and organized work environment

Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Six months' related experience requiredGood attention to detailGood interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work from verbal and written instructionsAble to learn and operate equipment if requiredAble to work accurately with numbers and use a calculator
