Belmar Integrated Logistics is hiring an experienced Staffing Account Manager & Recruiter to join our growing team in Flower Mound!

We're looking for a motivated recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, sourcing talent, and filling positions in a fast-paced staffing environment.

• Source and recruit qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and follow up with applicants
• Assist with applications and onboarding
• Recruit for warehouse, manufacturing, production, and light-industrial positions
• Support hiring events and job fairs
• Work with clients and operations teams to fill open positions
• Manage multiple openings in a high-volume environment

Warehouse Associates • Order Selectors • Forklift Operators • General Labor • Manufacturing • Production • Light Industrial

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience
• Staffing agency experience strongly preferred
• Warehouse/light-industrial recruiting experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, motivated, and dependable
• Ability to build strong candidate and client relationships
