Job Duties

• Repack products and parts into customer-specific containers according to order requirements.
• Use a scan gun to generate, verify, and apply accurate product labels.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Organize and prepare materials for shipment and distribution.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and support general warehouse operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily production and packaging goals while maintaining a steady workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, repacking, or logistics environments preferred.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience using RF scanners, scan guns, or barcode systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to detail accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Repack Associate you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

• Will be repacking parts into customer containers then using the scan gun to generate a label.
