Warehouse Repack Operator

Russ Davis Wholesale is a premier wholesale distributor and processor of fresh fruits and vegetables in the Midwest. We're hiring dependable, hard-working individuals for our Warehouse Repack Operator position.

Full Time Schedule:

8:00 am start, Every other week rotating schedule

Wage: $18.00/hr Earn more with Weekend incentive!

What is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan??

• Minimum age for this position is 18 years.

• Must be able to work in a cold environment (approx. 35 - 53 degrees)

• Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.

• Frequent lifting of product between 15 - 45lbs.

• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.

• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations (reading scale).

• Must follow instructions, respond to management directions.

• Attendance is critical; employee must be dependable to report to work on time as scheduled.

• Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check and drug test (THC does not disqualify you).

• Use Pallet Jack in warehouse to select the items for repacking

• Fills individual containers (bags or boxes) with specific quantity or weight of produce item or items.

• Verify quality of product before packing

• Weighs individual packages to verify that the correct weight/amount of product is enclosed.

• Place/stack finished product onto conveyor.

• Label each piece/package according to customer and wrap for shipment.

• Folds/tapes corrugated boxes.

• At end of shift, the employee is responsible for cleaning work table and surrounding area. This includes wiping down table with a rag and sanitizer, and sweeping floor.
