Basic Purpose of Pallet Repacker: Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization.
- Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump). Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
- Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.
- Properly record all dumped product.
- Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to work independently.
- Safely operate electric pallet jack.
- Good communication skills – written and oral.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Warehouse experience/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
- Must be dependable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $22 and $25. This role may also receive overtime compensation and shift differential where applicable.
