Job Position: Warehouse Replenisher
Location: Batavia, IL
**Pay:** $23.50 $24.50/hour
**Shift:** 6:00 AM 10:30 AM
**Reports To:** Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Replenisher ensures inventory is accurately stored, replenished, and readily available to support warehouse, assembly, and production operations. This role helps maintain efficient workflow by moving, organizing, and restocking materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Replenish warehouse racks, storage locations, and production/assembly areas with materials and products.
* Put away inventory accurately in designated storage locations.
* Verify product quantities and locations against shop orders and inventory records.
* Safely move materials using a sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment.
* Inspect products for damage, labeling issues, or discrepancies and report concerns.
* Execute inventory movements physically and within the inventory management system.
* Maintain proper product rotation and organized storage areas.
* Assist with receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
* Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
* Forklift certification required with at least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
* Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Ability to read and write in English.
Physical Requirements:
* Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
* Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
