SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Warehouse (Order Fulfillment) Replenisher for a client in Batavia, IL. The Warehouse (Order Fulfillment) Replenisher is responsible for replenishing inventory, supporting order fulfillment operations, and ensuring product availability throughout the warehouse.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $23.50-$24.50/hour depending on experience. As well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:
1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Replenisher:
• Replenish inventory by restocking racks, storage areas, assembly lines, and production areas with materials from overstock locations, ensuring products are readily available, properly rotated, and accurately placed to support efficient order fulfillment operations.
• Accurately put away products in designated storage locations, organize inventory to maximize warehouse space, assist with receiving and unpacking incoming shipments when needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient put-away process.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, lot numbers, labels, shop orders, and handling units for accuracy; inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the lead while ensuring compliance with company inventory procedures.
• Safely move products between production, assembly, storage, replenishment, shipping, and warehouse areas, execute assigned inventory movements both physically and within the IFS system, and support order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions as needed.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Replenisher:
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience with basic data entry, computer, and math skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Forklift certified and have at least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an understanding of warehouse safety protocols and requirements.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, kneel, stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis.
