Education Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read basic instructions and perform simple math calculations.
• Willingness to learn warehouse, recycling, and salvage operations through on-the-job training.

Experience Requirements

• No previous experience required. Paid training provided.
• Previous warehouse, general labor, material handling, recycling, loading/unloading, or production experience is a plus.
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is helpful but not required.

Job Duties

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort, label, wrap, and prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Move, organize, and process textiles, furniture, hard goods, and donated items.
• Inspect and grade donations for salvage, recycling, resale, or disposal.
• Prepare salvage materials for sale and shipment.
• Weigh containers and maintain accurate records of processed materials.
• Operate pallet jacks, tipping equipment, and other material-handling tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Salvage Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
