Job Summary

1st Shift : 5am-1:30pm

2nd Shift : 1pm-9:30pm

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Technicians to join our team in Carrollton, TX. The Sanitation Technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, manufacturing areas, warehouses, and common workspaces while following all food safety, quality, and company regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and processing areas.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning.
Follow established sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to company standards.
Remove waste, debris, and recyclable materials from production areas.
Complete sanitation logs and required documentation accurately.
Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with GMP standards.
Support production teams by maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Follow all OSHA, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and fast-paced production environments.
Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
