Warehouse Sanitation

Location: Middletown, OH

Pay: $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st 7a-3:30p

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production, warehouse, and common areas according to company standards.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris from floors and workstations.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work surfaces.
• Dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials properly.
• Restock sanitation and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors.
• Complete required cleaning logs and documentation accurately.
• Assist with facility deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience working in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environments.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures
