Compensation:

• Employees in this position earn between $47,500 and $70,000 annually
• Hourly compensation with pick incentive for high performers
• Additional seasonal pay of $100 per bi-weekly pay period from Mid-September to Mid-May
• $500 retention bonus after 3 months of employment and $1,000 retention bonus after 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment

Schedule:

• Full-Time, year-round
• 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday)
• No weekends
• 1 pm start time

About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Selector to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring that orders are accurately picked and palletized for shipment. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver products efficiently to the accounts we service. Responsibilities:

• Utilize voice-pick technology to accurately and efficiently select and fulfill customer orders while adhering to safety protocols
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks safely to transport products within the warehouse.
• Palletize orders carefully for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards are met
• Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety guidelines
• Complete end-of-shift duties including leveling off product, sweeping work areas, disposing of debris in appropriate receptacles, stacking pallets, and ensuring power industrial equipment is cleaned and charging

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse, forklift, pallet jack, or voice picking technology experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience involving picking & packing or stock management is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and up to165 lbs. occasionally
• Able to reach, stand, sit, kneel, bend, push, pull, and climb repeatedly or for long periods of time
• Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team
