Do you enjoy operating mobile equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment? Do you enjoy being active your entire shift? Our selectors strive in making sure we deliver quality pallets of fresh foods to our customers!

Location: Ephrata, PA

Shift: 2nd shift (consistent schedule, 1 weekend evening required)

Pay:

• $18/hour base
• $3/hour shift differential
• Up to $6 in incentives based on performance and safety

What you get to do:

• Navigate the warehouse operating a rider electric pallet jack and center rider to pick assignments
• Use the Vocollect headset to understand pick locations and quantity to build the order
• Take pride in building a neat, sturdy pallet
• Transport the finished pallet to the correct location for loading and delivery
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Work 10 to 12 hours per day, working 3-4 days per week, depending on the schedule. Overtime required at the end of the shift if work is not completed. Voluntary and involuntary overtime opportunities available throughout the year.

What you need:

• Non-slip safety shoes (Take advantage of our $100 annual rebate!)
• Cold temperature clothing gear such as jacket, hat, gator, gloves etc.

What you will use:

• Utility knife, plastic wrap for pallet, electric pallet jack, center ride and vocollect system
