Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Selector to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Motorized Pallet Jack and be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Accurately select, pick, and stage customer orders for shipment
  
• 
  Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
  
• 
  Operate a Motorized Pallet Jack and other warehouse equipment as required
  
• 
  Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations
  
• 
  Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage
  
• 
  Wrap pallets, consolidate freight, pack orders, and complete shipment confirmations
  
• 
  Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
  
• 
  Complete equipment inspections and required documentation
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• 
  Perform general warehouse and sanitation duties as assigned
  

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum 6 months of Motorized Pallet Jack experience required
  
• 
  Ability to obtain equipment certification
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Basic math and computer skills
  
• 
  High School Diploma or GED preferred
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10–12 hours per shift
  
• 
  Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  
• 
  Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift
  
• 
  Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels
  
• 
  Flexibility to work overtime or additional hours as business needs require
