Warehouse Selector (Full-Time, 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities)
Distribution Center: 4980 Gateway Blvd. | Springfield, Ohio
Pay & Financial Perks
Base Starting Pay:$20.90 per hour
Shift Premium: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd Shift!
Growth: Earn two scheduled pay raises in your first year.
Performance Incentives: Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency (our selectors average 12% to 22% above their base rate through performance incentives and overtime!).
Paid Weekly!
Available Work Schedules
Both schedules offer a steady Sunday through Thursday work week, with Fridays and Saturdays off!
1st Shift: Starts at 6:50 AM until finish.
2nd Shift: Starts at 6:50 PM until finish.
(Shifts average 10 hours and vary daily based on work volume).

About the Role
Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success.
Selecting is physically demanding, highly rewarding work. No prior experience is required — our dedicated training team will teach you everything you need to know to succeed!
What to expect on the job:
You will be on your feet, moving and selecting product for 10-hour shifts.
You will regularly lift up to 100 pounds.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, including our multi-temperature areas (such as our freezer).

Does This Look Like You?
You are 18 years of age or older.
You are available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed (our customers rely on us most during holidays!).
You are comfortable working in extreme cold or hot conditions (we handle fresh, dry, and frozen products).
You can read, write, and communicate effectively in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, and safety signs).
You can successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!'
