Looking for a Warehouse Shift Lead and someone who can take charge of our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a skilled workforce, manage inventory flow, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure zero downtime. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget requirements
  • Enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, employee development, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
  • Monitor production metrics, track KPIs, and report performance data to management
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse production supervisor or warehouse lead role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with inventory management

Work Environment

  • Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned, high-temperature environment
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor
