Warehouse Shift Supervisor (Night Shift)

Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:30 AM | $18/hr + Incentives | Potential $25/hr+

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead teams of approximately 10–15 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Job

- Your team will unload boxes from trailers, ranging from 5–150 lbs, and build pallets. Trailers typically take 2–3 hours to complete.

- You will oversee 4–5 teams working on multiple trailers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:30 AM Supervisors may arrive 30–45 minutes early to prepare for the shift.

Pay

· $18/hr base pay

· Performance incentive per completed trailer

· Strong production can bring average earnings to approximately $25/hr

· Opportunity to earn additional unload pay when working directly on a trailer

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of 10–15

· Track attendance and trailer start/completion times

· Complete basic reports and documentation

· Send start/end-of-shift communications

· Conduct safety talks and observations

· Monitor productivity and address employee issues

· Step in and assist with unloading when needed

Requirements

· Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills

· Strong communication and organization

· Ability to multitask

· Positive attitude and strong leadership skills

· Comfortable handling conflict and de-escalating situations

· Physically capable of assisting with warehouse work and boxes up to 150 lbs
