Shipper
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping products accurately and efficiently to meet customer and business requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
Verify product quantities and ensure shipments match packing lists and shipping documentation.
Generate shipping labels and complete required shipping paperwork.
Stage and organize outbound shipments for carrier pickup.
Utilize warehouse management systems and shipping software to process orders.
Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Work closely with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly shipping goals.
Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, or shipping software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
