Warehouse Associate (Shipping & LTL) Pay: $19.50/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility and OT may be required)
About the Opportunity
Our client (a commercial print shop) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse experience who is comfortable working with computers and managing shipping processes, including LTL shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
Process shipments using computer-based systems
Coordinate and handle LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments
Generate shipping labels and documentation
Work with carriers such as UPS and FedEx
Track shipments and resolve basic shipping issues
Maintain organized and safe warehouse space
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous warehouse and shipping experience required
Experience with LTL shipping strongly preferred
Comfortable using computers for shipping and tracking
Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx Ship Manager is a plus (not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Dependable with strong work ethic and team mindset
