Warehouse - Shipping Clerk II

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk II for an aerospace manufacturing company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in receiving, order picking, packaging, and shipping operations looking to further their career in warehouse and logistics management.

• Verify shipment accuracy against documentation, pick lists, and bills of lading
• Pick and package orders for assembly, with focus on aerospace and precision parts
• Receive materials, conduct cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy in ERP systems
• Coordinate routing of work-in-progress and materials between departments and external partners
• Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with all safety procedures

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in receiving, order picking, and packaging operations
• Proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms and Microsoft Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience with ERP systems preferred

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in aerospace or medical device manufacturing environments
• Background in high-precision, documentation-driven work settings
