We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Administrator to join our growing team in Lewisville, TX! If you have warehouse shipping coordination experience and strong Excel skills, apply today for immediate consideration.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Starting Pay:
$17.00/HR

Required Skills:
• Must have Microsoft Excel experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Process, fulfill, revise, and bill customer orders
• Print and manage shipping orders
• Schedule inbound/outbound trucks
• Create BOLs and shipping labels
• Scan and file completed orders
• Coordinate with Sales & Purchasing regarding order revisions
• Document order errors and shortages
• Monitor box counts and PODs
• Coordinate driver check-ins and pick-up appointments
• Handle shipping processes including EDI, TL, LTL, UPS, FedEx, local deliveries, and will call orders
• Conduct inventory checks and support warehouse operations
• Communicate with multiple departments through email, phone, and other communication channels
 

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of Warehouse Shipping Coordinator experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
