OFS Brands is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to help coordinate daily shipping operations and ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update spreadsheets and shipping information
Palletize orders accurately and efficiently
Meet required delivery and shipping deadlines
Load containers and coordinate outbound shipments
Prepare and work with quotes and shipping-related information
Use computers and computer-based systems to complete daily tasks
Communicate and work effectively with team members
Help ensure orders are ready for shipment according to schedule
Perform other shipping and warehouse duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Computer experience and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to meet required deadlines
Dependable and reliable
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
