Warehouse Shipping/Inventory Associate

Our client, aerospace distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Inventory Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Shipping/Inventory Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a quick learning ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping/Inventory Associate

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: 8:30am or 9am (depends)

What's the Job?

• Perform critical operational functions supporting the movement, traceability, and integrity of aerospace fastener inventory.
• Execute receiving, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping activities following company procedures and quality standards.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized storage areas, conduct cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare shipments, generate shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

What's Needed?

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a warehouse environment or industry.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
• Drug test and background check are required; must be a U.S. citizen (no sponsorship needed).
