The Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Shop Support Technician to keep our install team running smoothly.
This is not a sit-around job. You’ll be moving, organizing, loading, cleaning, and making sure our installers have exactly what they need to do high-quality work in customers’ homes.
If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a tight team—this will fit you well.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps installs efficient and professional:
- Load install trucks each morning with the correct equipment and materials
- Receive, stage, and organize incoming equipment and parts orders
- Process returns and keep inventory accurate
- Run parts to job sites when installers need support
- Clean and maintain the shop so everything has a place
- Break down and recycle old HVAC systems (metal, packaging, etc.)
- Empty install trucks daily (trash, leftover materials, tools reset)
- Follow company systems and organization standards (this matters here)
Your primary role is to support the install department, but your impact touches the entire company.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is simple—but not easy. The right person:
- Shows up on time, every day
- Takes pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way
- Can follow instructions and stick to systems
- Stays organized and notices when something is off
- Works well independently but communicates with the team
- Is physically capable of lifting, moving equipment, and staying active
- Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
No HVAC experience required—but it helps.
What Success Looks Like:
- Installers leave in the morning fully prepared and on time
- The shop stays clean, organized, and predictable
- Parts and equipment are where they should be—every time
- The install team trusts you because nothing gets missed
Why This Job Matters:
Our technicians are in customers’ homes every day. When they’re prepared, organized, and on time—it shows.
You make that possible.
