We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying organized, and helping build a growing startup from the ground up.About the PositionBoot Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Production Operations Manager to oversee daily production operations and lead our warehouse team. This role is responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring quality control, supervising employees, troubleshooting production challenges, and supporting customer service related to our custom bootfitting process. The ideal candidate is an experienced bootfitter with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.As the Warehouse Production Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily production scheduling, inventory organization, quality assurance, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations while ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage of production. You'll train and mentor employees, establish production priorities, monitor performance, and step into any area of the workflow when needed.
