What You'll Do as a Warehouse Sorter:

• Meet or exceed the department's daily weight and productivity goals
• Sort universal waste materials according to company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by completing routine cleanup tasks
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Provide coverage for other operations and respond to internal and external customer needs

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Sorter Role:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to read, understand, and complete basic checklists and forms
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-oriented team player
• No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
