Core Responsibilities- Packing and Labeling: Pull, pack, and label products according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Quality Inspection: Examine products for defects before packing and ensure all items match the packing list.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Documentation: Log, weigh, and seal shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping records.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize tools such as scanners, dollies, pallet wrappers, or packing machines.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds, notes.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in checking products and labeling orders.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic warehouse, hand tools, and computerized inventory systems.
- Communication: Ability to work well in a team environment.
