Key Responsibilities- Assist with unloading donations from multiple trucks throughout the day.
- Sort, process, and prepare donated goods efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as trained and certified.
- Transport and properly place products, pallets, and materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Create bales as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Assist with loading trailers and containers, including completing and maintaining required documentation.
- Maintain warehouse organization to ensure efficient workflow and product accessibility.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide a customer-focused approach in all interactions and daily tasks.
- Perform duties accurately and efficiently to support operational goals.
