Warehouse Specialist

FieldBridge Energy is looking for a  Warehouse Specialist in Casper, WY to work for a a worldwide provider of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $25.33 - $28.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | OT as needed + after-hours on-call rotation | Weekly pay every Friday | At $28/hr and 50 hrs/week for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,540 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is looking for a Parts & Warehouse Specialist in Casper, WY. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

This role supports customer order processing, parts identification, and warehouse operations for an oil and gas equipment distributor. The ideal candidate brings a blend of customer service, ERP system proficiency, and hands-on warehouse experience including forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, generate sales orders, and submit quotations via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner
• Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products accurately while maintaining inventory control and cycle counts
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks for material handling and movement throughout the warehouse
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, buyers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth order flow and on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate quotation and order files per company policies and participate in shop inspections and HSE activities

Required Qualifications

• ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent)
• Forklift and reach truck operating experience required (sit-down propane and/or standup electric)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of oilfield equipment preferred
• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints preferred
• High school diploma or GED highly preferred
