Warehouse Specialist / Driver Direct Hire
Location: Middletown, CT
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (overtime is a regular part of the schedule)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist / Driver for a direct hire opportunity with a busy distribution operation. This is a hands-on role focused on warehouse support and local deliveries to contractor customers throughout Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare purchase orders for delivery
- Load and unload materials safely and accurately
- Operate a box truck to complete daily deliveries across CT
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Support general warehouse operations, including inventory and organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits:
