A well-established manufacturing and distribution company is seeking Warehouse Specialists to join its team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, staging, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable operating a forklift and using RF scanners, and have a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform shipping and receiving activities using forklifts and RF scanners
Pick, prepare, and stage orders for scheduled shipments
Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse records
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments meet required timelines
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and audit-ready warehouse
Follow established safety procedures and company policies
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Physical & Safety Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
Steel-toed boots/shoes required
Safety vest required
Must follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
